Carol is the guru of all things Social Media, obsessed with learning and honing her skills, Carol is always on various courses, keeping on top of the ever-changing landscape of digital technologies and new social media platforms and trends. This helps Carol to really understand the best options for our clients knowing what will and won't work for their needs and their audience. Carol's experience started in the world of Fashion and beauty, living in London but travelling the world from Milan to New York, Amsterdam to Shanghai teaching fashion designers from large retailers, luxury brands and couture fashion houses.

Vicky has 20 years of experience helping clients to build their brand and business. Working across all sectors, from start-ups to established organisations, Vicky has created and delivered custom workshops to define business naming, brand strategy, audience profiling, brand positioning and brand visual development - also including copywriting and messaging.
Working internally with Fairtrade Foundation, she helped workshops with internal teams across the EU to help develop the new brand they currently have. Helping colleagues and teams to understand the Fairtrade vision and values.

Tony is a Chartered Accountant at the Carlisle based firm Dodd & Co. He qualified in 2006 and has worked in both tax and accounting departments during his time within the firm.
Currently Tony heads up the small business services aspect of Dodd & Co and works closely with new and fledgling businesses to ensure that they are set up correctly, and to provide support and peace of mind to the business owner.
Tony regularly delivers workshops and seminars covering a range of topics which are relevant to new businesses. He is pleased to be associated with Carlisle Business IP Centre and is looking forward to working with individuals in the early stages of their business journey.
Paul Foster is Development Manager for Cumbria at the Federation of Small Business (FSB).
